Vispas DVW (English)
Register for a VISpas or Youth VISpas with the DVW Heiloo.
Registration for a VISpas or Youth VISpas with the "De Vroegte Wint" (DVW) Heiloo fishing club is only possible via the VISpas order module on the website. By ordering a (Youth) VISpas, you automatically become a member of the club. Membership is automatically renewed annually unless you cancel before October 1 of the current year. The club year runs from January 1 to December 31.
Your (Youth) VISpas also serves as proof of your membership in our club.
Note: The (Youth) VISpas is always valid until December 31 of the year for which you order it, even if you join later in the year. Around November/December, the order module is changed for the new year; you will then no longer be able to order a pass for the current year.
Costs and Payment:
- You pay less with direct debit than with a separate payment order.
- You pay a one-time registration fee of €2.50 if you register using the VISpas order module. This does not apply to the JeugdVISpas (Youth VISpas).
- Payment for the first year of membership is made directly online when you place your order. For subsequent years, you can pay using the payment method you selected when ordering online.
- Because your fishing license is ordered from abroad and shipped to your address abroad, a shipping fee applies, which you will be billed directly upon registration. For 2025, this fee is €2.95, but for 2026, it is €5.95. This covers the cost of shipping the (youth) fishing license abroad. These additional shipping costs cannot be subjected to discussions of any kind. This fee is charged annually in addition to your membership fee and may be adjusted after 2026 depending on changes in shipping costs.
- VISpas/DVW Membership: €27.50 (direct debit) / €32.50 (payment order)
- Youth VISpas/DVW Membership: €10 (direct debit) / €15 (payment order)
Fees 2026:
- VISpas/DVW Membership: €30 (direct debit) / €35 (payment order)
- Youth VISpas/DVW Membership: €10 (direct debit) / €15 (payment order)
As you can see clearly from the overview above, direct debit is the most cost-effective option. The choice of payment method does not affect the cancellation period for your membership. For both payment methods, cancellation must be received by October 1 of the current year.
The membership fee for the 2026 fishing license has been increased. The Dutch Angling Federation (DVW) had barely increased its membership fees for a long time, but was forced to raise them for 2026. The cost of membership fees to the national association, Sportvisserij Nederland (Sport Fishing Netherlands), has increased. Therefore, the DVW was forced to make this decision.
Please keep in mind that fishing in the Netherlands is very affordable compared to other countries, and that the national association Sportvisserij Nederland, which issues our national (youth) fishing license, among other things, does an excellent job of allowing (youth) fishing license holders to fish in many Dutch waters with their (youth) fishing license.
